His career spans ownership of both a mortgage bank and a real estate brokerage, professional practice in commercial appraisal, property development, and, most recently, oversight of a municipal real estate portfolio valued at over $1 billion. In the past year alone, Dan has successfully closed over $10 million in transactions, further underscoring his ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for his clients.
Dan’s municipal leadership uniquely equipped him with in-depth knowledge of land use planning, capital improvement funding, land entitlement, LIHTC programs, and affordable housing development. He is adept at navigating complex political processes and was instrumental in the sourcing and acquisition of sites for two homeless resource centers in Salt Lake City—a lasting contribution to the community’s housing solutions.
